Dear valued customers:
Suburban East Salem Water District wants to ensure that everyone has access to the water they need to stay healthy and take care of themselves and their families. With the declaration of the National and State emergency, the District, for the month of March 2020 will not disconnect water for non-payment of the water bill.
Please keep in mind that customers will continue to be responsible for the charges during this emergency and are encouraged to continue to pay their bill as they are able.
In order to maintain the well-being of our community and staff please consider paying your bill by phone at 503-364-1620 Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm with a debit or credit card rather than paying in the office.
Customers can also drop a check payment and billing card any time of day in our drop slot located to the right of the front door to the office. We hope this in some way will help during this time.
If you are facing a financial hardship please call the District office at 503-364-1620 to coordinate a payment plan.
Thank you, from the staff at Suburban East Salem Water District
